Berghaus Consulting is named after a beloved home in the White Mountains of New Hampshire where the founders of this company find their inspiration. It is a place of creativity, grounding, energy, and renewal. The granite mountains that form the backdrop for our work are the most rugged mountains in New England. They were borne out of intense glacial movement over 100 million years ago and represent strength, challenge, and permanence.

Much like the disruptive forces that shaped this magnificent landscape, all of us are products of the forces in our lives.
